The numbers behind the number

Our three-year revenue growth was an impressive 140%. But that’s not all we’re proud of! Behind that 140% is all-around excellence, expansion, and innovation.

2022 was an incredible year! We grew our customer service and account management teams to better serve our growing client base. Our groups enjoyed an improved member experience and more streamlined group onboarding. We added more partnerships to our pre-built enrollment experiences, integrating with several enrollment platforms, including Mercer Marketplace 365+ and PlanSource Partner Marketplace.

And consider these stats:

• Our group renewal rate is now 98.2%, up from 96% for the last two years.
• Active employee benefit subscriptions as of 1/1/2023 are up 50% from the previous year.
• Pet Benefit Solutions has more than doubled the number of new groups we had last year.
• As of January, our Wishbone Pet Insurance plan protects more than double the number of pets than it did last January.

But the numbers still aren’t the real story. It’s our core values and company culture that truly drive our success.

The heart of our value system is cherishing the bond that people share with their pets. Our voluntary benefits empower pet parents to protect their pets’ health without worrying about prohibitive pet care costs.
