At Pet Benefit Solutions we’ve used 2018 to improve and expand our offerings in new and exciting ways. Our mission is to provide a pet plan for every pet parent.

Here’s a look back at the best of 2018:

Launch of New Division

In April 2018, Pet Benefit Solutions was formed. Pet Benefit Solutions offered a convenient package of two great products: Pet Assure, a veterinary discount plan, and PetPlus, a prescription savings plan. Combining the two programs allowed employers to offer multiple pet benefits with one convenient set-up.

Pet Benefit Solutions Joined Forces with Pets Best

That wasn’t all! In June 2018 we teamed up with Pets Best Pet Insurance Services, LLC. Employers can now offer their employees the option of a traditional insurance program with a top-rated company.

With this addition, Pet Benefit Solutions has a complete set of pet benefits. Our voluntary employee benefit offerings include Pets Best, Pet Assure, and PetPlus. The programs are open to all pets, regardless of age or breed. Employees can save on almost all their pet health care expenses.

Now employers can offer a full suite of pet benefits with a single implementation.

• 96% group renewal rate
• Average Pet Assure Enrollment Rate: 6.6%
• Average PetPlus Enrollment Rate: 4.6%

What’s New for 2019?

Pet Benefits is looking ahead to improve the user experience with our products. Coming soon in 2019 is our Company Administrator Login!

Brokers and employers will be able to log in at petbenefits.com and:

• View information about the pet benefits that the company is offering
• Download invoices and billing reports
• View details of enrolled employees such as digital card, ID number, and status
• Upload enrollment file or activate/terminate an employee, depending on enrollment type
• Access employee education materials
